Why does closing the month on Stripe still mean an hour of copy-paste into a sheet?

A transaction pull from Stripe, into a Google Sheet, through the calculation, out as invoices. Gross settled, refunds, disputes, Stripe fees, an optional service fee, net transferable, with a per-transaction appendix, then an invoice filled from a template with the configured parties, numbering scheme and payment terms. The first run asks six questions, cutoff day, timezone, charge-date or payout-date basis, service fee, invoice parties, numbering, and saves them. Every month after that is one command.

The painful part was finding where in Stripe the month’s payment items can be downloaded at all.
